A, products in the warranty period:

3. Elevator maintenance inspection cycle will be controlled within 15 days, by Sansheng elevator professional maintenance personnel or authorized maintenance units for elevator maintenance inspection tour.

4. the maintenance personnel submit a report on the operation of the elevator to the owner every three months.

5. If the owner has special requirements on the running time of the elevator, we will give full consideration to the owner's arrangement in the maintenance time.

6. If the quality of elevator parts is in trouble during the warranty period, our company personnel will make corrections within 24 hours after receiving the notice.

7. Our company will conduct a comprehensive inspection and test for the owner's elevator free of charge before the end of the warranty period, and correct the problems found free of charge.

Two. Supply of spare parts:

A, products during warranty period

3. in the place where the project is located, the authorized maintenance unit has some common vulnerable parts, so that it can be used whenever necessary.

B, after the product warranty period:

1. The spare parts supply beyond the warranty period of product quality, on the premise of good payment reputation, take "supply first, pay later" as the principle to ensure the elevator continuous, safe and high-quality operation.

2. If the owner and our company sign the elevator maintenance contract, we will take redundant measures in the spare parts warehouse of the maintenance department of Shanghai Sansheng Kangde Elevator Co., Ltd. to provide the owner's elevator with the relevant important parts and a sufficient number of vulnerable parts.

3. After signing the maintenance contract, our company will provide free oil, cotton silk and other maintenance accessories for the owner's elevator.

4. After signing the maintenance contract, the maintenance unit is authorized to keep some common vulnerable parts in place of the project, so that they can be used as needed.

5. we will provide owners with five years' constant price list for elevator parts, spare parts and elevator maintenance. If manufacturing costs increase, this price will not exceed 10% in five years.

Three, in terms of technical training:

Our company will provide free training for buyer's personnel theoretically and practically at the buyer's site for the owner.

Arrange professional maintenance engineers to give free technical guidance and training to the relevant personnel of the owner on the elevator site.

Training contents:

1. training of elevator operators for users.

2. training for users' maintenance personnel.
